Human Design changed everything for me... but the amount of information on it is just soooo overwhelming! So I decided to create my own HD Interpretation method - something that I could easily refer to, that I could actually remember and that would be a userful reference guide!

And this is what I’ll create with you during this bespoke 121 session!

Mapping my human design helped me understand myself on a whole new level. I use it daily! It’s helped me to manage my reactions, become self sovereign, create opportunities and show up confidently…

Where it all started...

3 years ago I found out that I was a PROJECTOR and allllll became clear! (queue angels spreading wings with light shining behind them and a big "lahhhhh" sound lol!)...

I always seemed to be able to get more done in less time

I can think of countless occasions that I tried to give my opinion but NO-ONE seemed to listen to me leaving me feeling proper UNSEEN!

and... worst of all

I burned myself out and ended up with a chronic illness because I didn't listen to my body and give it the rest it was crying out for. I saw it as a PROPER weakness that I couldn't keep up with others and fell on my arse!

BUT! I now know that these are not weaknesses! These traits are my SUPERPOWERS as long as I work in alignment with myself!

Learning my Human Design has TOTALLY changed the way I show up in life, in business, with other people. At it's made me a proper happy bunny lol!

So WTF is this Human Design?

In basic terms it is like a cross between astrology, astronomy and Myers Briggs! Using your date, place and time of birth it allows you to understand who you were born to be and the life you are meant to lead!

There are 5 different design types:

The Manifestor - Here to make shit happen! These guys inject unstoppable drive and focus into any project - they are highly motivated and capable of serious manifestation! But watch out! They're constant need for action can show up as 'my way or the highway' and trust me they might be driven but they tend to keep their heads down and forget to keep others in the loop when they're in action mode!

The Generator - the worker bee with endless energy! These guys have the power of the Duracell bunny! They have consistent energy that keeps going long after others fade! But if they focus they're energy on the wrong things they can feel unfulfilled! The trick here is to listen to their gut and say no to things that are not aligned!

The Manifesting Generator - the multi tasker, creative one that pivots and changes! These guys can spin allll the plates at once - get super focussed, create, deliver and pivot in no time at all! They are meant to break new ground and MUST have the freedom to do this!

The Projector - hello! this is me! We are alll about being recognised! Projectors are the lighthouses of our world. They sit quietly until asked for their opinion and then solve all the issues in one sentence! But! We don't create our own energy and we can be swept up in the energy of manifestors, generators and mani-gens so rest is absolutely key for us to be our best selves!

The Reflector - The visionary. Only 1% of the worlds population makes them unique and rare. They hold up a mirror for the rest of us to see ourselves. With no defined centres they are very open to other peoples thoughts and chaos and often seek solitude to escape for their own sanity.

This is just a snapshot of the different types because OMG! There is soooo much info out there on Human Design. You can literally disappear down a rabbit hole for months trying to understand it!
