Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. All orders take 24 hours to process from receipt of payment. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday. Orders received on bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

All items listed on our website include free P&P for orders that exceed £15 unless stated otherwise. Express shipping is available at an extra cost. Express shipping will be dispatched on a next day service. For orders received at weekends or on bank holidays the order will be dispatched on the next working day. For next day delivery the order received before 10am on a working day for next working day delivery.

On receipt of your order, please check for any manufacturing defects or damage in transit within 48 hours via writing to info@calamandchilled.co.uk

We will not accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit
